What is Guided Meditation?
Guided meditation, also referred to as imagery meditation, is an assisted meditation experience that can be personalized to your individual needs. Either in person or through zoom, I will use techniques like Pranayama (breathing exercises), imagery, and/or body scans to help you focus your mind and achieve a relaxed state. This is great for people just getting started with their practice, or want to experience a different meditation style!
